Evolving Business Consciousness

Collective consciousness is shifting at a rapid rate which is being mirrored in every aspect of society, environment and economy.

Our collective values and behaviours are changing which is, in turn, impacting our choices. This shift will have an enormous impact on everything from politics to shopping habits.

The roles of different parts of our social structures are either changing in response or resisting the change with every ounce of their energy.

In the world of business, we have corporations and structures that are desperately trying to hold onto the old systems for as long as possible contrasted with businesses that are eagerly casting off the yoke and embracing new energy and new thinking.

The question is how much we need to shift our energy and thinking to keep in step with the altering collective consciousness.

Over the last few years, I have seen a lot of old thinking and approaches being dressed up in new attire that really hasn’t moved the needle at all. What I have worked on with clients almost exclusively over this time has been deconstructing the hold of the old, which is deftly woven into every thought and action an entrepreneur can take.
