2023 — The Energetic Openings for Business

Over the last few years in November, I have offered a look ahead to the energetic themes that will be impacting business in the coming year.

This year, we have crossed a threshold where it will be less about themes that affect us all and more about opportunities that are opening up.

This shift arises from the fact that at the 11/11 portal we stepped into a new energy where we can actively choose our reality, with an immediacy that has not been available before.

We get to choose our timeline and learn to operate in it.

And we may be operating according to a totally different reality to the people around us.

There will be plenty of confusion around as differing experiences fail to line up in an orderly way. This is an important factor in the realm of business, which I will cover later in this article.

2023 will be a period of deep learning where each individual will experiment and find their own solution through a personal process. The learning will have to be lived, not taught. This will require considerable self-leadership making this skill a core need in the coming months.
